RSPB Middleton (Staffs) - 2 Stonechat, Great Egret [North Pit] (J Hextall), 58 species recorded by R Strong including reserve year tick Grey Wagtail. This afternoon Pink-footed Goose, 5 Goldeneye, 4 Pochard [Dosthill NR], 9 Shelduck [Jubilee Wetlands], 15 Goosander, Green Sandpiper, Common Gull [North Pit] & 5 Great Egret roosted riverside with 28 Little Egret.
KWP - DUSKY WARBLER still 11am (C Doyle) and this afternoon ranged quite far from the M42 river bridge to Broomey Croft Pool (C Hiles).
Ladywalk NR (WMBC Members only) - 14 Snipe, 6 Pochard, 7 Goosander, 5 Mandarin, Peregrine, 2 Shelduck & c.260 Lapwing ( P Lichfield, K Bentley).
Alvecote - Stonechat (m), 2 Snipe (10 reported), 3 Little Egret, 2 Goosander & 3 Shelduck (M Scott).
